company require notification within 7 days of Court dated TR - 220. (Verdict on traffic violation.) When the court itself failed to return the TR-220 with the required 7 day period, Ticketbust refused to return guarantteed refund even though the TR-220 was returned exactly on the same day it was received. Ticketbust.com refused the refund even after the envelope from the court was postmarked past the dated over the required 7 day period required by Ticketbust.

I was blamed for the delay between the date of the TR 220 and the date the court mailed the form to me. This company refused to honer its agreement using the court delay as an excuse not to honor its refund, even when they failed to have a dollar reduction in my traffic fine. They delayed the refund months before informing me of their decision to refuse the refund.

Ticketbusters refund received

I believe the reason Ticketbusters.com refunded my money-back is because of the report I made to you. While the fee return was appreciated, i believe they will continue to register complaints until they change their policy of counting the delay after the court-dated TR-220 (Verdict) and the actual date the court mails out the TR-220 against the client as a means of denying the 'much advertised' money back gaurantee when they fail to obtain a fine reduction. Until this policy is changed, they will appear to be more interested in avoiding paying refunds than helping their clients obtain a fine reduction.

Thanks for your fine work that should encourage Ticketbusters to maintain a good reputation and continue to help others like me!
