On Feb. 27th, I went to procure 5 tickets for the Monster Truck Jam in Richmond, VA for 02/02/2013. I clicked "March 02, 2013", and continued to procure tickets, I completed the transaction including insurance for a total of $203.00. On March 02, 2013 the kids and I are getting ready for our journey to Richmond, I access my email to print the tickets. WHAT A SURPRISE- the date MARCH 01, 2013 appears. My first thought, this is an error. I proceed to print tickets to find out this is not an error. I immediately contact ticketmaster to find out what happened, I am told many times 'sorry there is nothing we can do',

I am not looking for a refund I just want to attend the show tonight with the kids who are anxiously waiting to go...! I can't afford another $203 for tickets. I spoke to several representatives at ticketmaster who were rude and with the attitude "ticketmaster policy, nothing at all we can do". The assistant manager tells me in our converstaion "he could do something if he felt the claim was legit but in my case he doesn't believe so" at this point I am in tears and he still says "sorry I don't believe you"...

Ummmmm, Excuse me. What kind of customer services is this? Who argues with the customer, what discretionary policy exists that allows him to decide who he believes or doesn't believe. I had insurance!!!! If I had wanted to switch the days I could have, that alone should prove it was an error on the website or within the processing, not sure which one. However, I will never procure any ticket from ticketmaster ever again and will be sure to pass the horrible story along in hopes others will avoid giving profit to companies who have no respect for the paying customer.
