Ticketmaster ripoff tickets were not in promised location and wouldn't refund Los Angeles California
I purchased tickets to a theater performance and gave them as a gift to my parents. I learned after the performance that the seats were not in the location promised, but were located in an inferior viewing area. I would not have purchased the tickets had I known the location was so poor.
Ticketmaster has refused to credit me back with a full or partial refund. They have refused to acknowledge the mistake. Ticketmaster has refused to give a credit on the grounds that I did not "return the merchandise", but it is too late to return the tickets since the event is already over.
