ticketnetwork Rip off ticket purchase experinece in SF

I purchased Cirque de Soleil for Dec 26 on line on Dec 11.  For 2 days they cannot confirm my ticket and projected delivery on Dec 24th.  I called the seller, no one answered, sent email, no response.  Contaced Ticket network but they neither can confirm my ticket, nor will they let me cancel. I voiced my concern and requested to talk to a manager and was denied.  This is both illegal and ridiculous and should be investigated for fraudulant business practice.  I will defintiley continue to report this to the appropriate agencies such as BBB
