TicketPlus Overpriced tickets, ridiculous "service" charges Bolton, Connecticut
I purchased Rascal Flatts tickets from TicketPlus in April, did not get them until June and they were in a section on the other side of the venue than I had agreed with. The face price on the ticket was 1/2 of what I paid for them, before service charges and other ridculous fees so I paid over $200 for two $40 tickets. When I checked the venue website I could get much better seats, for just three dollars more than I paid TP, right in front of the stage and this is two months after tickets went on sale.
TicketPlus is a complete rip-off, overcharging for poor seats and making you think you're getting great seats. Never again will I use them.
