Complaint Review: Tickets My Way.com

I ordered from this company two Nuggets tickets for valentines day. A month and a half later they still hadn't come. Called them and no answer. I was able to leave one message to them. So I called FED EX and they said they had no record of the tickets being sent. So we then called the Pepsi Center and and they told me they aren't responsible for any other companies except ticket master and maybe one or so other places. Kept trying to call and the same thing was said "Tickets my way our offices are closed." Then it gives you the option to leave a message or get the operator. There is no operator, and when you try to leave a message it says the answering service is not set up to take messages. So about $200 later the game is past and I want my Money back.
