I have recently made a purchase, on March 6, 2006, for tickets for an Anaheim Angels game through Ticketsmyway.com. I've paid a total of $152 for two tickets, which also includes a fee of $12 for Fed-Ex overnight shipping.

The same day I then received an email conformation that they charged my account in full and if I had any questions to contact their customer service @ (702) 251-7469,and if I haven't received my tickets to call this number.I did however tried to call and get in contact with this company just to verify that they have the correct mailling address and this is when I realize it was a scam.

I had try numerous times to contact the customer service dept. but everytime I called the message says the offices are closed. I've tried for about a week and the offices are still closed. I even tried emailing them and still no response from them.

I called my bank to report this, and they credit back my money pending an investigation of this company.

Till this day I had no contact with this company concerning my tickets nor have I recieved my tickets. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off.

You CAN get your money back

I too was ripped off by TICKETS MY WAY recently. I purchased 4 tickets from them on 2/28. Money was deducted from my bank account on 3/1/06 with an order confirmation email. There was no further contact after that. I called inumerous times as well as emailed. I got the same message "our offices are closed".
However, I did not give up. I also contacted BBB of Las Vegas and filed an internet fraud report with the FBI. The report is off their main page and will hopefully prevent this from happening again. Finally this week after calling more times that I can count I spoke with a Charlie and a Jason at their offices and demanded my money back. I got it today after many "tough" conversations over the phone. DO NOT ASSUME YOUR MONEY IS LOST.
