Complaint Review: TICKETS MY WAY

I purchased 2 tickets to a nascar race on march 6.and they told me that I would receive my tickets by july 1. Late in June, I checked online on the progress of the order to find out that the business had closed and werent receiving the ticket.

I then made calls to both #'s available to find out that they both were disconnected. I then called the Better Business bureau of Las Vegas Nevada where the business is located and they told me that the business had closed in February but still were taking orders in a scam.

The Better Business Bureau told me that there was nothing that they could do about it so I contacted channel 9 Comcast news as far as this whole scam. I had to go through my bank to see as far as getting a refund even though the bank had told me that it was already past the 3 month time span.

The bank did end up thankfully refunding my money back of 302.00 in which was a birthday gift from girlfriend. This really shouldnt be permitted and further action should be taken with this company in which does go under the name as Headliner ticket.

Tickets My Way is now open again and soon will be taking orders for the up coming season of NFL. Tickets My Way also goes under several other names so please beware when ordering tickets online.
