Complaint Review: Tickets Plus

Tickets Plus Metro Entertainment, Ticket Znet Plus, Ticket Liquidator, Ticket Software LLC The above companies change their name like I change underwear. They have many phone numbers. Say they are Metro Entertainment, but my credit card was billed under Tickets Plus. Different phone numb Vernon, Manitoba

Someone needs to shut this company down, or should I say companies.  Apparently they change their name often.  Metro Entertainment sold me my tickets, but Tickets Plus showed up on my credit card bill. 

DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO BEFORE YOU SEE YOUR SEAT NUMBER!

All I simply did was click on buy tickets, and they automatically charged me.  My fault as I should not have put my credit card number in until I saw what they were going to charge me.  Live and learn! 
I purchased floor seats with no seat assignment given.  By this time it was too late.

I started off on ticketmaster's website and some how Metro Entertainment came up.  All tickets for my event are $43.50.  They charged me $295.00 for 2 tickets.  All my receipt says is floor.  No row or seat number.
 
When I called them back, they said they didn't have the tickets yet from their broker, so they had no idea where my tickets would be.  They stated they would be on the floor somewhere. YeAh right, like I believe this after all the negative reports I've read today on this supposed business.

I will contact the BBB in Connecticut, and anyone else I can find to shut them down or give refunds back to those who have been screwed like me.
