Complaint Review: Tickets4venues

This company sells concert and event tickets online. It then claims to have been "let down by suppliers" and provides information for customers to chargeback their credit card companies. They did this to me, and upon researching them, found that they had done exactly the same thing to many other people. Although they claim (and have claimed in the past) that they have ceased trading, they are still on line and operating. They appear to be operating in the UK, the US and Eastern Europe.
