Tickets-Center.com Ticket Fulfillment Services LP Charged me 3 times the value of the seats and we were not afforded the opportunity to cancel or given the change to pick between the 1:00 and & 7:00 shows SEAFORD Delaware

On or about November the 18th, of this year, I went on line with the intentions of purchasing Tickets for the Carolina Opry here in Myrtle Beach, SC, and this was the 1st site that poped up indicating, to me, it was a site connected to the Opry. I picked the seats as would be normal and the actual price of the tickets was not indicated until after I entered my credit card number.

Once I realized the amount charged to my account was 3 times the normal value of the tickets I was just charged for, I immediately called the seller to cancel the amount charged to my credit card. This was sent to me via American Express indicating a large amount was charged to my account. I have it set up to be notified when a charge is more than $500. I was infomred that there would be no cancelations or refunds once the sale had been made.

I immediately called American Express concerning this ridiculous charge to my account and wanted it disputed immediately; however, I was told I would not be able to dispute this charge until it posted. I disputed the charge on November 21, 2022, at 5:40 am after seeing the charge had been posted to my card. This dispute is ibeing processed at this time.

The reason for this report is due to the fraud being evident, in my case, and I will do anything possible to keep this type of fraudulant scams from happening to anyone else.
