I ordered Nascar tickets for a gift. Paid the expedited fee of $25 thru centerstage.com and was redirected to ticketsintime.com for the notification that after placing my order I would not see the tickets till around Aug 28, 2008. (My order was placed on May 10th, 08) When I called ticketsintime, their customer service laughed at me and told me to give a card as a gift, promising the tickets would come. I was told if I tried to cancel the order they would "win the battle" and I would be laughed at by my credit card company. I was constantly referred to as "You People" by the manager John Joaburt Supervisor # 1435283 and was refused to be directed to his supervisor. After stating I was going to complain to the States Attorney office in Missouri and Nebraska, he continued to laugh at me and further stated they would see if they could ship the tickets when they got them a little faster if I wouldnt complain. WEhen asked when that would be....he just laughed at "You People" again and refused to listen to anything I said.

I have never been so rudely treated as a customer by anyone in my life. He said my bank would close my account if I complained and so would my credit card company. I would recommend that no one under any circumstance do business with ticketsintime.com or any of their agents that use them as a ticket reseller.
