In April, I ordered a ticket to a June 4, 2008 Eric Clapton concert. Paid $500 for a $125 ticket. 2 days B4 the event, I emailed to say I hadn't gotten ticket. No response. The day B4 event, I called. After being cut off three times, their "customer service rep" told me they could not get the ticket to me. Period. There are no managers or supervisors to talk to. My credit card was charged in April; no one ever contacted me so I could even try to get a replacement ticket. The day B4 the concert, my credit card still had not been credited. Their excuse was that the company they deal with "had a problem with the tickets" and couldn't get them to Massachusetts from California. She told me they "don't deal with the public" so there was no one I could call there. Her managers are only in "for administrative purposes" so there was no one I could talk to there either. Just too bad, F*#@^ You! I guess I won't be seeing Clapton. Or ordering from Ticketsmyway.com EVER AGAIN!
