Ticketsmyway.com Or Event Tickets Did not deliver tickets paid for Las Vegas Nevada
I had the same exact experience as Leilani, who also filed a report. I did not receive tickets, although my card was charged. Every time you try to call they are 'moving offices' or 'phones aren't open' of 'all our agents are busy'. It's basically a scene from the movie Boiler Room. And they don't email you any confirmation, etc. I filed with the BBB and my credit card co.

So, I guess ticketsmyway.com saw my ripoffreport and decided to send my tickets out just in time for me to NOT have them when I got on my flight to NYC 3 days before my show. So fedex tried to deliver them several times...but alas...I was not home, I was at my destination. So, this means I do not get reimbursed. Which is totally ridiculous because I ordered the tickets a month in advance. When I ordered tickets from StubHub, an actual reputable company, they came in 2 days. 2 DAYS. Not a month later after complaining on the internet.
I sent numerous emails and left about 10 messages explaining that I did not have until the day before the event to accept my tickets, which I think is unreasonable for them not to state that there is a good chance you will not get them in time. So, they win. Hope they spent my $261 on something nice for themselves.

I ordered tickets to an event one month ago. I did not receive tickets to this event after my card was charged and after numerous attempts at calling, emailing, and online chat. I want a refund.
