On January 11, 2008 I ordered 2 tickets to High School Musical a total of $352. I was told they would ship the tickets within 48 hours prior to the concert, or guarantee they will Fed Ex an e-mail within 24-48 hours of shipment. never happened. I never received the tickets and when I try to call their customer service number I get "sorry I am away from my desk leave a detailed message and I will get back to you" They never call back.

I want to know with all the reports on this site, why are they still allowed to be on the internet and continue to take money from hard workers like me. My grandaughter was counting on going and now I have to tell her there are no tickets or any money to buy new ones.
