On Monday March 20 I ordered three Nascar Food City 500 tickets. The credit card was declined and after I worked through that with the credit card company on March 21 I put the order in again. This time all went well (so I thought) and I was set to receive my overnight package on March 22. It never arrived, nor did the email stating the tracking number for Fed Ex. I have used this company twice in the past with no problems, but this time became increasinly nervous.

I tried to call, and got the message that they will resume business the follow day at 7am PST. I tried the online chat. No operators available. Tried email and got nothing in return.

My tickets never arrived, I was never contacted.

On Thursday night I called another broker to order a new set of tickets to the race. Those arrived safely on Friday morning and we attended the race.

To date - nothing from ticketsmyway. No tickets, no calls, no emails. Still have not been able to contact them either. This morning I called my credit card company to disupte the charges.

At one point a friend had them call HER about her order and offered her different seats (which she recieved!!). I called the number that is on her caller id from the call and they deny being affilated with the company or ever calling my friend.

BEWARE of this company! I have used the successfully in the past and a friend used them successfully this time but I did not. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of!

On 3/29 ALL money charged was refunded to my credit card.

According to the 866 number...they are now out of business totally.

The website appears to be there at first glance, but if you click on an event, it no longer works.
