YOU HAVE NEVER USED A TICKET BROKER BEFORE, HAVE YOU?

Ticket brokers usually specialize in premium seats, but will also sell less than premium seats on consignment. A ticket broker will mark tickets up significantly above face value. Just because you paid $45 per ticket doesn't mean you got a ticket with a $45 face value. Premium seats can cost a small fortune, but you get great seats.
Sorry that you didn't understand just how it works. Next time check with the box office of the venue to see what they have available (at face value)first. Sometimes good seats open up and you can get them directly from them.
