TicketsPlus.com Rockville, Connecticut concert tickets Fayetteville, Arkansas
I went to the BOK website to buy tickets for Paul McCartney, I was routed to TicketPlus to purschase these ticket, I needed 5 tickets and my firends and I had all agreed that we would purschase tickets in the $120 range, there where tickets available for $126 each and we where ok with the handling fees and such. We have our tickets, and could not be more disappointed, TicketPlus bought tickets for $56.50 and scalped them to us unknowing. I actually have no problem with "handling" fees but when someone makes a profit of $93.44 per ticket, that is out and out theft and I do not care who you are, stealing is never the right thing to do. I will never purschase anything from this company and I will be filing complaints with the BOK Center and the attorney general and Better Bussiness Bureau, this must stop. The customer servies person actaully had the nerve to "read" me the defiition of scalping from the directory, and it seem that since they are standing on the street cornors they see nothing wrong with what they are doing. I am not asking for much, we would just like to have the seats that our $126 would have been before we where ripped off. Money is very tight right now and for people like TicketPlus to be allowed to do business in this manner is a crime.

It seems that you purchased tickets from the secondary market. For those who don't know the secondary market is a far cry from scalping. They provide you with all the information that may cause you grief prior to placing any order in terms and policies.
This company should not be accused of being fraudulent or scamming you. The only real problem you seem to have is an issue with the face value. You thought the price was fair for the seats you bought when you paid for them otherwise you simply wouldn't have bought them.
This should be held as a learning experience for you to actually read contracts before you agree to them.
Again I just want to reiterate that just because you paid above face value this in no way, shape or form consitutes as a "rip off."
