I ordered a seemingly beautiful prom dress from the seemingly okay and very low priced Tidebuy.com. The websites states: "If there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video, once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer commits the shipping cost), and we will give you a full refund of the item."

I received my dress quickly, within one and a half weeks of making me order, so I'll give them that. When I opened the package to my first glance the dress looked beautiful, until I decided to try it on. It did not fit at all, even though I got custom sizing and gave them my exact measurements. It was too large around my bust and way too small around my hips, and also too long - I was dragging it all over the floor.

So I did exactly what their website says to do, file a 'dispute' under your account page. I also provided pictures to their request, many many pictures that never seemed to fit their demands. After weeks of the same conversation being copied and pasted to me from their 'customer service' team, I gave up.

I decided to loose my $100 I spent on this dress that doesn't fit and I am going to try and sell it to a consignment store - hoping to get at least half. I warn everyone, DO NOT BUY FROM TIDEBUY. Even though this looks like an amazing deal on the outside, It is in fact too good to be true. Thank You
