They took my money via credit card and promised 6-8 week delivery time. All summer I heard nothing from them and on 1 Sep 2015, when I finally became fed up I emailed the customer "service" email asking about my oder. There was no response. So on 5 October 2015, I emailed again and cancelled my order requesting a refund. Again, no response and no credit on my credit card statement. What a horrible business. Shame on you Tidewater. Doesn't New Jersey have a consumer fraud bureau?
