TIFA: Texas Inmate Families Association Jennifer Erschabek Fabricated false Facebook private messages to kick me out of this organization. Austin Texas

On September 9, 2017, Erschabek contacted me via email. She claimed I sent an inappropriate message to another TIFA member via Facebook. I did not send this message. She sent me a copy of the alleged message. Since there was no evidence my account was hacked, I was led to believe this message was fabricated.

She also removed two TIFA board members - Sybille Hamilton and Robert Elzner - for bogus reasons. I also had a recent conversation with another former TIFA member, Debra King. Erschabek was supposed to reimburse her hundreds of dollars - if not thousands of dollars - for travel expenses and other expenses related to Debra's TIFA duties, but failed to do so. I am not privy to the exact amount of the theft, but acording to Texas Penal Code section 31.03, a theft of $500-$1500 is a Class A misdemeanor in the state of Texas, and a theft of $1500-$20000 is a state jail felony in the state of Texas.
