We bought 2 brand new limousines last year from Tiffany Coachworks. Three to four days after we got them they literly fell apart. The windows fell off track and then the window motors broke. The engines started knocking and the warning lights all went on. All the inside fiber optic lighting went out including the air conditioning. we started to taking them back to Tiffany Coachworks each week, only to be told that they had to to go to Ford and that it had nothing to do with them. They said to leave the Limousines with them and that they would do it for us. We would call a week later only to be told that they still had not taken them in yet or that Ford was behind. This went on for months, when we would finally get them back 24 hrs later the same exact problems would occur and the same process satarted all over again.

This went on almost the entire year. We still had to make the payments on them but not able to make any money with them beacuse they never worked or were in the shop being fixed. We called to speak to the Manager several times and we ended up each time speaking to Patrick Butler the General Manager. Each time we spoke to Patrick he was rude and insulting and told us that we would have to wait as long as it took and to not bother him again.

Eight months of having never ending problems with both brand new Limousines we had asked to speak to the owner. Patrick Butler then cussed us out and said he knew where we parked all our limousines and that he was going to blow them all up. He also informed us that he was mafia and that he was going to take care of us if we insisited on speaking to the owner.

We of course knew that this was plain stupidity but never the less he had threatned our lives and our Business over his lemons that he sold us.
We tried over and over again to get a hold of the owner and each time Patrick would call our office calling us terrible names and threatning to do bodily harm. He screamed and yelled and kept calling over and over as we kept hanging up on him.

Since then we have paid out of our own pocket thousands and thousands of dollars for the endless problems so we did not have to deal with Patrick Butler.
We also found out that many other customers have had the exact problem with Tiffany's Limousines and the exact experience with Patrick Butler.

Apparently Tiffany sells defected cars and then when you call to complain, Patrick Butler tries to scare you away by pretending to be mafia and causing you harm. This has been happening over ten years I am told. Something has to be done about this crooked operation and their insane manager.

Patrick Butler is a thug

I had almost the exact same problem with my Limousine and my SUV that I bought from Tiffany Coachworks a couple of years ago and the EXACT RESPONSE from Patrick Butler. I am not sure who ever that was that defended them and said it was a hoax, but they must work for Tiffany Coachworks and or is a friend to Patrick Butler. My partner and I hired an Attorney to explore civil action and possible crimnal charges against him personally and Tiffany Coachworks.

Patrick Butler threatned us for over a week. He really thought that we would just go away if he scared us enough. Instead it just made us more angry and we started to investigate other customers of Tiffany. We found out that Tiffany Coachworks and Patrick Butler had been ripping people off for years with defective cars that were stretched by people off the streets with no experience, in order to save money. we also found out that dozens of people were threatened and verbally abused by Patrick Butler. He is without a doubt a thug who has been getting away with this for years.

I challange the person that defended them to fax or email proof that they are really a Limousine service and invoices to prove that they bought anything from Tiffamy Coachworks. I would love them to post their real name and number so I and dozens of others can share our experience with them. It will never happen beacuse they are not real. The rebuttal is the only hoax here. This is the exact way that Tiffany Coachworks operates. I promise this rebuttal is real because I have no other reason to post this being that Tiffany Coachworks is already on the verge of closing down and out of business once and for all. I just wanted the truth to be told durring their demise. You were a horrible company with a horrible general manager and you got just what you deserved.

Let me start off by first saying how surprising this was to read. I have personally purchased many Tiffanys over the past 4 years, only dealing with Pat Butler. We just recently have purchased 2 limousines and 5 buses within the last two months. All have been wonderful. I have had numerous vehicles from many coach builders, only to find how much we LOVE our Tiffanys. Not only are they the best looking cars on the market, the company itself is so great to deal with. Pat is a great person and stands behind his product 100%. Just like any company, they have their problems and mistakes. However, that is what their warranty is for! Any issue I have had with one of their vehicles has been resolved immediately. From speaking to their friendly receptionist, dealing with their GREAT finance guy, asking their shop guys questions, and speaking to the warranty guys and designers, they are the BEST!

Example: Our FIRST vehicle we bought from Tiffany had some paint flaws. I picked up the phone, called Tiffany, asked for Pat Butler, and described the flaws with the paint. That week, the OWNER had his personal driver bring a brand new limousine to our office. They let us "borrow" it while he drove our car back to California to be completely re-painted to our satisfaction. His driver then delivered our vehicle back and picked up the rental. Keep in mind, this was our FIRST limousine and our first time buying from Tiffany. We were treated as if that was our 100th car we purchased from them.

Just to prove this article wrong, I picked up the phone today and called Tiffany. Without telling the receptionist who I was, I asked to speak with Bill, the owner. Bill came to the phone and answered the phone NO PROBLEM. There is no way a person can call Tiffany and only get to Pat. Pat DOESN'T answer the phones, the receptionist does.

Furthermore, maybe this person has had some issue's with the actual car. Tiffany doesn't build the car, they order it from Ford or GM. They construct the middle and can only do so much.

Moving forward, I would like to call this report's bluff. This industry is so cut-throat and full of backstabbers. For all we know, this could be another builder or re-seller. I think the author of this post should share proof, maybe their purchase order from Tiffany, or at least their production number to prove they in fact really own a Tiffany Limousine.

If they can prove me wrong, I would personally apologize and use my contacts to help them and resolve their issues. I assure this person that if they actually come forward willing to try and fix the problem, they will not be disappointed. I think it is only fair to prove such harsh accusations.

If there really is someone that had these many issues and spoke to Tiffany that much, the folks at Tiffany would surely remember this person. When I spoke to them today, they had no idea about anyone with a problem such as this.

Again, I own a limousine company too and have a dozen or so vehicles from Tiffany. I am an extremely happy customer and plan on converting my whole fleet to Tiffanys (buses and limos).
