Thank heavens I found this website when I did. Otherwise I would have lost $98 like the writer below. I just wanted to tell you how much on the money this writer was or is. A year later this rip off is still going on. Luckily I called 888-545-4655 and asked if this was the full price or did I receive a trial offer. It was a trial offer. They supposedly cancelled my account so I would not receive any further purse shipments and gave me a cancellation number that I had to put on my return of the purse I received within 14 days. After placing an order online, my husband was redirected to the confirmation page and an offer that said in bold letters "FREE GIFT" and it specified that you only had to pay for shipping and handling for a Tiffany Young Handbag. He knows that I like purses and encouraged me to choose which purse I wanted, since it was a free gift. I figured for $5.99 you couldn't go wrong, even if I only got a couple of uses out of it. The website did mention that they offer memberships for autoshipping a new purse each month, but I didn't think much of it, due to the offer that said "free gift, just pay shipping". The purse arrived quickly, and it was about what I expected: fake leather, cheaply made. Again, I didn't worry much because I had only paid $5.99 for it. We were traveling for the holiday and I figured it would be a nice clutch to use in the airport because it is small and has credit card slots and a zippered section to keep coins. After using it for two days, the seams started to unravel in multiple areas. Normally, if a purchase I made shows a defect such as this, I return it or exchange it immediately. I did not do so because it wasn't worth the effort for something so cheap. A week later, I saw that there was a charge of $95 to Tiffyoung.com on my Visa. I called immediately to have the charge refunded and I was told that the charge was because my 14-day trial period had expired so I was charged the full purchase price of the handbag. First of all, there is NO WAY that this purse was regularly $95. Judging by the quality of the fabric and the craftmanship it is worth maybe $20, and that is being generous. Anyway, I told the person on the phone that I had not agreed to a membership or a trial and that I wanted a full refund. The representative told me that he could not give me refund, but that he had already cancelled my membership. I said that was unacceptable and requested to speak to his supervisor which is when he told me that they were just a third-party company and that I could email support@tiffyoung.com if I wanted to dispute the charge. I have now emailed back and forth 3 times with the "Billing Department" without success. My most recent email said that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute the charge through my bank if I do not receive a full refund. Long Story Short: This "Company" is a scam, not even their address is real. It is just a box at a UPS Store. Phyllis/Troy, NY
