Tiffin Mats Stole our money Elkton Maryland
An order was placed with Tiffin Mats and an immediate check payment was required in the amount of $6,142. They provided us with $4,744 worth of product. Of course the shipment was much later than originally promised. For 3 months we placed over 14 telephone calls and several emails to Angie the "Controller" to request our overpayment refund.
After broken promises of return calls I was finally able to speak with the elusive "Angie" today. Only to be told that they simply do not have the money to pay us our refund right now.
So they took our money, spent out money, and did not provide us with the requested product. Now we have to go through with filing complaints and enforce legal charges.
It is very sad that there are actually unethical people and companies out there such as this one. PLEASE do not fall into the same situation as we did. Avoid this company at all cost!
