Complaint Review: Tiger Direct

i bought a cd burner with a $20.00 rebate i followed the instructions to the letter and after almost 2 years no rebate i contacted them with no success, they wanted the upc from package again with all information. i could not send what i had already sent them. i gave up and will never buy anything with a rebate again.
if everybody would stop buying products with a rebate they would get the message and discount
the product and sell the old fashioned way.
you get what you pay for that way. rebates are
an absolute farce.
