Complaint Review: Tiger Direct INC.

Tiger Direct INC.& On Rebate They Own. I made copies of rebates the day and time I ordered Items and still have copies and communications in emails. Evidently after I ordered they went in and changed rebates because a week plus later the same rebates did not show. Miami Florida

The reason I am reporting this at such a late date is that I just run across ripoffreport.com and hate a dam crook. I understand Tiger Direct owned On Rebate at Boca Raton, FL. and all I got from both was a vicous circle. I always did print screens on Rebates, orders and etc. when ordering. So I had the exact copy of the rebates offered when ordered. But by the time I got order and complained they had changed the email rebate.

Any way they would not honor what they had published and I finally quit seeing I was not getting anywhere. But what they do not realize is I do a lot of free repair (labor wise) for friends and relatives and have since 1980. Tiger did get most of the sales to build, upgrade, new sales although I let the individual order for warranty and etc. In fact less than a week from the middle of the debate over the rebate they lost the sale of a 20" widescreen to my sister because of rebate dispute. It was one she was ordering for a client. In Nashville, TN.

Looking at the complaints here anyone can see the word needs to be spread. I will follow that company through change of name or whatever. Under law I believe any company that buys another assumes it's liability so will continue to cost them money. Do not buy from Tiger Direct until they settle all claims.
