Tiger Direct, motherboard ripoff, Not the one I ordered, No responce. *Consumer Tip
I ordered a motherboard and matching LMR modem from tigerdirect.com. They sent me the modem first. Then a couple of weeks later, they sent me the motherboard. It was a substitution. Not the one I ordered.
I have a bill that proves that the board that they sent me was cheaper than the one I payed for and that they owe me money. I have waited a very long time for my money and have also mailed them 2 letters. No responce.
I also told them I wanted a refund on the modem because it won't work with the board that they sent me. No responce in over 4 months. They owe me about 45 dollars.
Also, I see my rip-off report is not the only one that was filed
on this company. Look see at this web address below:

Rebuttal:
Tiger Direct is a large mail order computer warehouse. The motherboard I'm using right now came from Tiger Direct, but was delayed 3 weeks for unknown reasons. I suggest that you check out a web site called: www.resellerratings.com At this web site you can see how each mail order company is rated. If you notice Tiger Direct has a very low rating.
