I submitted the proper paperwork to receive the promised $100.00 rebate in July of 2006. On December 5, 2006 I recieved the reabate check. After depositing it into my bank account, on December 12, 2006 it was returned to me 'refer to maker'. The check bounced. Numberous contacts to onrebate, Tiger Direct via phone, mail, email and certified mail have resulted in nothing. I have contactedMiami Dade County Consumer Protection who were able to get a letter from them indicating they would reissue the check. Nothing received and that was 7-11-07.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureaus who received some strange response like they didn't know me or could not find me in their system even though I sent copies of their online rebate information. The BBB simply closed the complaint. I have contacted the Clark Howard show, my local television stations and have not been able to get anyone to take an interest in this scam. I am very interested in a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT against these scammers. Please contact me if you are too or if you have started such a law suit. Somebody has got to stop these people. I won't give up.
