I purchased a CoolerMaster power supply from these guys, reason being it had all the features I needed, BUT, bonus points due to the $30 MIR. I filled out their form, cut the UPC code off the box and mailed everything in as instructed. 4 weeks later I get an email telling me my rebate was denied because I had failed to mail in the barcode *cough* BULL$$$T*cough*. After writing back to explain to them that I had indeed mailed in the barcode, I received an additional email stating that they had indeed received the barcode but it was the WRONG ONE. Once again I call BULL$H!&.

This is a real nice scam they have going, offering sales and rebates that no one else has to hook people in, then failing to pay the rebates by using the "you sent incorrect/incomplete information" excuse. I will NEVER purchase another thing from TigerDirect, and I hope they get shut down soon.

Don't LIE to me! ONRebate and Worldwide Rebates are wholly OWNED by TigerDirect. You are guilty of multiple scams and ripoffs, not just dealing with me. That's a pretty weak rebuttal, "Elizabeth", due to the fact that EVERYBODY knows about ONRebate and Worldwide Rebate. Come up with a different LIE, or perhaps even start telling the truth!

As a reseller we are not the party responsible for providing warranty support or sponsoring rebates. Warranty service is the responsibility of the product manufacturers and rebate fulfillment is the responsibility
of the party sponsoring the rebate, generally the manufacturer in conjunction with a rebate clearing house.


But nonetheless tiger stands behind what we sell and more importantly we stand behind our customers as evidenced by the fact that I respond to all customers concerns and posts in resolving these issues when they
