TIGER DIRECT & ONREBATE ripoff The link for the rebates does not work keep getting a lot of bull from tiger direct I NAPERVILLE Illinois
I have been trying since friday 7-02-04 to obtain two rebates. I purchased an e-machine (E400-w2646kit) and was to get a $50.00 & a $20.00 rebate for the computer and the lexmark printer that was sent. The rebate expires 30-days from purchase (6-29-04-7-29-04)
I followed the instructions they gave me to get the rebates. I filled out my information and when I clicked on submit nothing happened. The rebate company (ONREBATE) said that my tracking number has been sent via e-mail LIES,LIES, LIES. When I contacted tiger direct they said it was not their company (ONREBATE) and that the were getting quite a few complaints. Also they said the problem would be rectified in a few days.
It is obvious that they don't intend to honer their rebate offer unless they are pushed. WELL LET'S PUSH THEM!!!So far I have received nothing from them and I WANT TO PERSUE THIS MATTER. I am in favor of a Class Action Lawsuit against TIGERDIRECT.

Thanks for your posting. I have contacted the rebate folks, however your identifiers are vague enough that I can't help you without direct contact.
After 99% of the issues were resolved, the problem is still effecting some AOL subscribers and a handfull of smaller ISPS.
If you aren't getting your email from onrebate.com - ASK YOUR ISP WHY NOT. Every onRebate email is dispatched and 98% of them are confirmed within a hour by the applicant.
If you will simply contact me, the Director of eCommerce at TigerDirect, I will ensure your situation is resolved.
Why do you need a Class Action Lawsuit with people are ready to help you?
