I bought a graphics card from tiger direct on the internet. This card was a christmas gift for an out of state relative.

The card was defective. I tried to contact tiger direct for the entire month of the replacement warranty with no success.

After about six months of unanswered telephone and e-mail messages tiger direct responded and directed me to contact the manufacturer since the replacement warranty had expired.

The manufacturer did not respond in any way to my telephone and e-mail messages. After a year of trying to to get some results, i gave up. They got the last money they will ever get from me .
