Tiger Direct ripoff, No Contact, Cannot download form, sales reps lie about fixing Naperville Illinois
I bought Canon i-455 printer for 79.99 with $30 rebate. had to go to onrebate.com to enter info and get confirmation number. Never did get confirmation number.
Repeated contacts only get sales reps who say they will fix it. That never happens. I/ve been transfered to onrebate automated phone which you cannot get to anyone and it always says the same thing.
I sent emails to every addresss i could find. sent one fax with discription. i have an RMA but I'm afraid to send printer back because they may not refund the money.
I will contact the Postmaster tomorrow because I first saw this printer in a catalog that came by mail. I/ve thought about faxing them a very long narative with perhaps my life story (it's long) and why I bought this printer, to print pictures maybe even send some of the pictures. That may use up $30 worth of fax ink.
If anyone is interisted in a class action attempt count me in.
