Complaint Review: Tiger Direct

Last year I bought a barebones unit did not get rebate then a few months later the motherboard started failing and two weeks ago the printer port stopped in the machine.

I ordered another barebones unit, I was told after I ordered that I had to go on line to order the rebates of the individual pieces. and send copies of the order forms.

I had trouble getting the motherboard working and the number thay gave me would not return my call.
the Mother board now has failed in the sound card and is slow.

This company is a ripoff !!!!
