Have been waiting for a rebate offered on a Benq dvd burner ever since 7/15/04. We have contacted on line rebates.com and as of 10/11/04 we were told that rebate would be here in 7 to 14 days. this is 11/11/04 No nothing from them, even on line. I have also returned printer refill kit which was supposed to be new ink cartridges. I had the RA and sent them back and have never received a credit for it.
