In early April I purchased two GPS units and associated software for $3,542 for my business based on the Tiger Supplies sales persons description of the units.     When I received the units the software was not installed.  I returned the units to get the software installed.  They sent the units back in early May and the units still did not work correctly after they had them for a month.     In June, so I returned them a second time.  They sent the units back to me in July with the software installed.    

I called tech support but they directed me to the manufacturer.  I spoke with the manufacturer and found the units were not going to perform as they were advertised/sold to me.       In early August, four months after the initial purchase, I returned them and asked for a refund.  They kept a 20% "restocking fee" of over $700!     Tiger Supplies does not know their products, their sales people will say anything to make a sale, there is no service afterwards, and get ready to loose 20-50% if you want to return something.
