Complaint Review: Tiger Direct

TigerDirect after selling rebate as a full money back guarantee, they are refusing to honor it now ripoff Miami Florida

While purchasing a computer on-line, I was asked by the salesperson to purchase a software bundle that would allow me to transfer the data from the old to the new.

The salesperson also indicated that the bundle would be free (100% after sending in rebate). So I purchased it.

After sending the rebate in, OnRebate.com tells me that without the UPC code they can't give me a rebate. The box, which I still have, has no UPC code.

I offered to send digital pictures of the box - no response.
