Complaint Review: Tigerdirect.com

Ordered Ultra 512MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz CL3 that was advertised on their site that allows you to use two rebates. Both rebates re denied. One for no bar code and one for expired date of purchase. They are wrong, i called customer service at tigerdirect and as son as I mensioned the word rebate problem I was cut off. Second call waited 20 minutes then got transferred waited another 20 minutes then I was cut off off again. I ues this is how they are all trained. Third call waited 15 minutes talked to a service agent she put me on hold to check into my issue 10 minutes later they say her boss will get back to me.

These people are rip offs, thieves that could care less about the laws.
