bought computer monitor 6/05. sent in all necessary documentation for $60 rebate. on 9/05 emailed company and received message: "status received, pls check back".

after 5 months no check, no word, no anything. never again will i buy anything from tigerdirect, not on net and not in their local store. this is bad business and bad public relations for such a company. buyer beware.

i have bought many things on line and received rebates,
including office depot, comp usa, etc. shame on you
tigerdirect!
