9/2003 I ordered 1 Lexmark X72 3 in 1 color printer, 1 HP color Photo Printer, and 1 Network cable. I never received the items. After numerous letters, emails and calls, the Network cable was replaced but not the printers.

I reporter the problem to the Department of Consumer who never acknowledge my report. I need these items or complete refund including shipping and handling cost that was deducted from my account.
