TigerDirect.com rip-off! They use OnRebate.com who refuses to provide rebate promised. Miami Florida
All of TigerDirect prices require a rebate to make them valid. They use a rebate service who has perfected the NO Rebate policy, OnRebate.com. Since TigerDirect has known OnRebate refuses to provide rebates, TigerDirect is knowingly perpetrating a fraud.
They should step in and make good all the rebate promises. Either that or the U.S. FTC should sue them, and get an injunction to shut them down. Also, when my hard drive arrived, it had NONE of the software and documents that I know for a fact is provided by Western Digital.
