TigerDirect.com ripoff indifferent service undocumented calls failed to return my money Miami Florida

Sent in a mail order for an Emachine computer system and they cashed the money order but refused to acknowledge they ever received the order. After 15 days I noticed the computer system was no longer on the site and became curious. I called in and they said they hadn't received the order.

After a couple more calls and then the 60 days minimum you have to wait to trace a money order. The trace proved they indeed did cash it. I sent in a scan as they requested bur they couldn't read it. Over several weeks I sent in 2 more scans and finally a fax as they requested. They always say they'd have to contact their accounting dept but it never got any further. Then because they don't document all their calls I'd have to repeat the same story over and over each time. Some of the people I talked to and never got anywhere were Vladimir Montreuil and Jose Garcia.

Finally I got ahold of David E. Reyes the Senior Account Manager and after an entire year he eventually figered out they had misplaced my money into a different account. I thought it was over and asked for a refund. I am still waiting after 15 months. Their service department has major problems, it's indifference is symptomatic. Now I think I deserve at least a refund with interest and the charges for the m.o. trace and faxing.
