My boyfriend and I ordered $2100 worth of parts and computers from Tigerdirect.com in March of 2004. Since then we have had nothing but trouble. First, we didn't receive any rebates which we applied for (correctly applied for I might add). Second, we ordered an IBM computer from them that broke. We had to go through a run around to get a replacement(had to deal directly with the manufacturer instead of the people we ordered the item from). We got the replacement, and guess what, it doesn't work either. We also bought several 80 gig hard drives from the company and have had to return them to the manufactureer for replacements. To return something that you buy from this company is an ungodly experience. Also, we ordered parts to build a top of the line gaming computer and now it crashes every day. We have to reload everything into it just about every day. I just want to make people aware that they are getting into a mess of equipment that doesn't work when they buy from tiger direct!!
