TigerDirect.com is a shame! They do everything they can to scam you and their customer service is a joke.

I purchased a Westinghouse laptop from them on November 24 and it came with a $80 mail in rebate. So far I was fairly successful in retrieving my rebates so this time I didn't think otherwise. Unfortunately, the laptop came in a box WITHOUT the UPC code. That's right, no UPC code stamped, printed or a sticker on the box. There was a serial number I included with the rebate form but, obviously my rebate was refused.

This is when everything started; I have called them several times and, usually after hours, yes, hours, on hold, they either send me to Onrebate.com or to manufacturer. They refused to refund my money or to provide my with a different box or an UPC code.


The rebate expires on January the 10th so I am sure I will not see the rebate anymore.

I would like to find someone willing to go for a class action or something to make these thieves pay for the indolence they show.
