I ordered a Nikon camrea bundle from TigerDirect, which was supposed to include "VR" lenses. When I got the package, it came with non-"VR" lenses. I called TigerDirect, and explained what happened. At first, they told me that I didn't read the advertising correctly. When I read to them what the ad actually said, they told me I'd have to wait for 24 hours to speak to someone, while they "escalated" the complaint. The next day, I got an e-mail that basically told me that the package didn't include the lenses that the ad clearly showed, both in photographs and the wording, and that the best they could do was to give me a $20.00 gift card, good only at TigerDirect. I called them again, and after being put on hold twice, for over fifteen minutes, and talking to three different "customer service representatives," I was told that the complaint would have to be "escalated" AGAIN, and that I'd hear something in 24 hours. Meantime, the add was changed to read "Available in Store." So now, I guess people will go all the way to their store, wherever that is, only to find out that it is a "bait & switch," as I was told that this particular bundle never was, and never will be avalilable.
