I purchased a monitor from TigerDirect because they offered a $100 rebate.

After completing the rebate form (on time!) and sending in the upc codes from the box I never heard from TigerDirect again. I made a photocopy of the upc code, receipt, and form for my records with the dates sent. After several months went by I tried to contact the company but had a diffecult time. Finally when I got through to them they said they had received it but I was too late because I didn't send it in time.
I know with certainty that I sent the rebate within 24 hours of the time I received the product even though I had several weeks to do so.
Tigerdirect ripped me off.

I want to resolve this for you but there isn't enough information in your post for me to identify which rebate processing company handled your rebate claim. Please understand that TigerDirect doesn't process rebates rather rebates are processed by one of several different 3rd party processing companies.
