I bought a desktop made by Gateway from Tigerdirect.com a month ago. Before I bought this computer, I saw its image on the web. It looks pretty good. A week later, the computer was sent to me. However, when I opened the box, what I saw was a junk. So I started to call tigerdirect.com and told them the computer was severely damaged, therefore, I want to exchange that.

They agreed. So I sent the computer back to them by UPS. I was told that I was going to receive another computer within 10 days. However, 10 days later I got nothing. First I called UPS about my package. UPS told me that my package was lost. They were trying to recover it; however, they did not know what the result was going to be.

After the call, I thought I should let tigerdirect.com know the situation. I should say that tigerdirect.com did really well when I told them UPS lost the package. Tigerdirect told me that they would deal with UPS, and would send me another compuer within 24 hours.

I waited for about one week. I still got nothing. I decided to call tigerdirect.com again. This time I got a totally different response. Tigerdirect told that they could not send me another computer unless they received the first computer that lost by UPS, OR they would charge me again.

After hear that, I decide to wait. Since then another month has past, I still got nothing.

Here is my advice, if you do not want trouble, do not buy things from tigerdirect.com. Remember that!
