Recently through hardwork I purchased a gaming computer from tiger direct on June 27th with overnight shipping paid for. It's been about 4 days and considering the reputation of the company I later soon found out through simple google searching I am deeply regretful for shopping at this company.

I call customer service 4 times and all they was is that they are going to give me a ETA confirmation email which I have yet to recieve. They even misled by saying the pc is undergoing quality assurance from a third party vendor. I spent 900$ on this PC. I even tried contacting the vendor itself and TD live chat the same answer was given. I don't want to suffer like other victims have. I just want my PC that i worked hard for and paid for.
