TigerDirect Missing Item in Shipment Scam, Internet

On 8-19-10, I purchased a combo computer deal from TigerDirect's website that included: 1) Asus M2N68-AM PLUS Motherboard - Socket AM2+, Micro ATX, nForce 630a, GeForce 7025 Graphics, SATA, RAID, 1) AMD HD9450ODJ4BGH Phenom X4 9450e Quad-Core Processor - 2.1GHz, Socket AM2+, 2MB L2, 2MB L3 Cache, OEM, 2) Crucial 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory, Samsung TS-H663B Internal DVD Writer - DVD+R 22X, DVD+RW 8X, DVD-RW 6X, DVD-RAM 12X, CD-R 48X, OEM, 1) Seagate ST31000520AS Barracuda LP Hard Drive - 1TB, 5900rpm, 32MB, SATA-3G, and Ultra U12-40603 X-Wind 90mm CPU Cooler - 90mm Fan, Full Aluminum Heatsink, Socket 754/939/940/AM2/AM2+/AM3/775/1156/1366, order F2682545.

The package came in 2 shipments via UPS (1Z8V730W0329585245 and 1Z8V730W0329582533): one contained the pc tower / power supply and the other housed all of the major components EXCEPT for the 2 sticks of Crucial DDR2. I searched the two boxes several times until it became evident that the packer forgot to include the two sticks of ram.

At that point I immediately made an inquiry with TigerDirect's customer service so that I may receive the two sticks of memory I paid for and complete my computer in a timely manner. The rep submitted a ticket for the problem to the proper department and said I'd hear back from someone in 2 days. An online report was also submitted in addition to the call in.

I received a detail-less email from the customer service specialist, Jaime Huaman, and a complaint form. A follow-up email was sent to Huaman that same day.
However, I got an email back on 8-31-10 that basically stated that my order was "completely shipped approximately 10 days ago" and that "you should have received every item of your order". I have yet to receive all the components for my computer and it is even more troubling to read that TD is basically calling me a liar. Another follow-up email was sent to Huaman's supervisory, Rosemary Lindsay, in order to escalate the issue.

This is the first time ordering from TD after being a patron of Newegg for many years. Newegg has never given me any problems with shipments in the six years I've dealt with them. I'd hate to think that TD would honestly alienate its customers in this way.

Plain and simple I'd like either one of two things: 1) the delivery of the 2 sticks of Crucial DDR2 I justly paid for or 2)a full refund of its purchase price.
I paid in full and I'd like to get the package "in full".

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have researched into this matter further and would like to inform you that your memory modules have been shipped. You should have received if not should be receiving them modules via UPS soon.

Also, the email that was sent on 08-31 was automatically generated and sent by the system, it was not meant to discredit you in any way.

We apologize for the inconvenience once again and hope you decide to give us another chance in the future to prove we can be your #1 technology vendor of choice.

Feel free to contact me directly at ernie@help.tigerdirect.com for ANY future inquires.

Best Regards.
