on 5/24/06 I purchased an etrust Migrator & Internet Security suite for $89.82 with offer of rebates totaling $90. I eventually received a $40 rebate (after complaining and was told I had been paid this - but they finally sent the $40 several months later)but NEVER got the $50 portion of the offer.

OnRebate claimed initially that I did not fulfill 1 of the 4 conditions to qualify. I spoke with several individuals over a period of 5 months and got conflicting info to the effect that I did supply the proper documentation to qualify for the rebate but when calling back was later told again I did NOT quality. My facts and documents show I HAVE QUALIFIED and the OnRegbate company (which I understand is ownedby TigerDirect)is just trying to cheat me out of my rightful claim to the $50.

I have filed complaints with the FTC and Mike Cox the Michigan Attorney General.

The Michigan AG sent me an email on 3/6/07 from a response OnRebate sent to him sating in part: "As for rebate number CMEUD77HGTUTPNVU the customer rebate was denied for not complying with terms and conditions of the 'Four Ways To Save'. To ensure customer satisfaction the customer rebate has been approved."

I have still not received the $50 rebate but will not give up.
