Complaint Review: Tigerdirect.com OnRebate

The convenience and economic benefit of losing mail! A meager $30.00 looses my potential future business.
They got my mail, they said, they were only too busy to fulfill all the rebate requests. Later they denied it. They made the wait longer so they could come to the conclusion that my claim for rebate will not apply anymore.

Consumer affairs should intervene for the rebate is awarded at the time of purchase. I understand some companies are using that policy already. Rebate is a "buy now" inducement, there could be more loyalty to their customers and the reciprocity would pay back if they did it that way if for smaller incentive.
